aloha, krewmates !
i'd like to share a recipe that i enjoyed most during my time as a barista.
i'm unsure whether or not i am the inventor, but i will embrace the label.

i n t r o d u c i n g the unbirthday cake latte

which is meant to be served iced, but your latte: your choice. am i right?

the recipe can be found below, but here are some helpful tips for ordering.
speaking as a former barista & generally anxious person,
most baristas are too! a list of modififiers shouldn't intimidate Y0U or them <3

firstly, ordering in the format that i have given you should make it easier for the cashier & barista
if i had to choose an alternative dairy, always Soy
if clarification is needed, we want the vanilla bean powder swirly-swirled as the shots pull
never shaken
this drink is rich, so i add an additional shot to balance the flavors
& extra ice means LESS dairy, so if you want a milkier/less bitter drink - don't modify that part
blonde ristretto shots are integral to the flavor of the latte
and finally, always be kind to your barista <33
